I am a South African biologist, conservationist and outdoor enthusiast with a passion for storytelling and science communication.
My fascination with the natural world led me to study degrees in ecology and genetics at the University of Cape Town, and conservation leadership at the University of Cambridge.
I have worked internationally in conservation, including
manta ray research in Mozambique and Indonesia, marine pollution and marine protected area research in South Africa, and species prioritisation in South East Asia.
As an avid science writer and photographer, I am passionate about sharing my love for the natural world. I'm most likely to be found diving between the waves of the sea or climbing mountains.
